My trip to the white isle seems like an absolute age ago already but I've only been home a week boo! I had so much fun and it's definitely somewhere I am racing back to next year that's for sure.
Loads of you asked to see what I packed so here's a little round up of the fave pieces I took on holiday with me!
Pink Swimsuit
I’m starting with my absolute fave piece of swimwear this summer! I couldn’t wait to pack this and was so pleased to find the colour and the material. It’s a great dupe of the Hunza G costumes that are everywhere this year but which aren’t so good for big boobs and your bank balance. It’s really comfy, stretchy but still with some tummy control.
Kenya Swimsuit
Another that I have shared on my grid is this Kenya Version. The colour is to die for! I styled it in so many ways, with crochet, blue denim and white linen it’s the perfect staple. Bravissimo also do a matching sarong!
Blue Shirt Dress
Already one of my most worn summer dresses this is one that will never leave my wardrobe. I’ve worn it as a dress and as a cover up it’s so versatile and light. A bargain too. I wore it with my pink costume but it works so well with white and tan accessories.
White Linen Shirt
Absolute game changer and a staple for your holiday wardrobe. I bought this oversized linen shirt in size XL so it’s really baggy. Perfect as a dress, cover up or open with denim shorts!
Crochet Shorts
This season is all about crochet, and whilst I’m not brave enough to wear a crochet crop top I just adore these shorts. They go so well with so many looks - I teamed mine with a white tee or linen shirt but a black vest too will look awesome.
Orange Zara Dress
I’ve banged on about my linen dress since I took it to Dubai but I’ve found it so useful. I wore this on the plane both ways and whilst I did get mistaken for airport staff more than once it was so comfortable and light for when you arrive in heat. It also works if you chuck a denim shirt or jacket over for coming home too! My exact Zara dress has sold out but I adore this striped peach version it's stunning.
Denim shorts
Everyone has to have these shorts. They are the best denim shorts and I would argue one of the most worn things I’ve ever bought! I have black too. Sizing can be a bit tricky depending on your shape but bear with them and don’t be afraid to size up… it’s only a label no one cares!
Kimono
And lastly my absolute fave. I did joke that I felt like I should be in a nativity in this kimono but I owned it! A bit of sparkle it was the perfect piece for my big party night at Calvin Harris with a bit of face glitter to finish it off!
